Organizational leadership and governance are a management approach in which leaders help set strategic goals for the organization and operate within corporate governance structure, while motivating individuals within the group to successfully carry out assignments in service to those goals. This course would help to develop graduates to lead and govern organizations in diverse contexts. The course would equip students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to lead and govern organizations effectively. Develop students' ability to think critically and strategically. Enhance students' understanding of organizational behavior and dynamics. Students will explore leadership theories, governance principles, strategic management, and organizational behavior.
